Amsterdam , Netherlands



The Netherlands is not only famous for its canal town, the city of tulips and windmills will but more's attractions of interest to visit in the summer, especially in Amsterdam who also became the location of Schiphol Airport where almost all worldwide airline stopped herein.

Amsterdam in the province of North Holland indeed is one attractive tourist town in the summer (June-September).
The town got the expression "the Venice of the North" is a much traveled city canals (large time can go through the boat / vessel size), of which bridges modeled ancient bridge as we can still find also in Jakarta City front of the Hotel Batavia. In Amsterdam there are old buildings are still preserved, the museum and the largest shopping center in the Netherlands.



All can be enjoyed on foot or by bike and would ride a sailing ship in the canals of Amsterdam (Rondvart) while enjoying ancient buildings hundreds of years old and maintained good standing with similar berasitektur new building, houses a beautiful ship edge of the canal.




Besides sea transport facilities can also be found in Amsterdam with the port for ferries, large ships, especially the liner, the ship serves Traveller (Rondvart). Among the vessels are relics of an old ship very exciting time with the VOC-hewn wooden sculpture of artistic nuance in Asia used to explore the countries in the golden era of the VOC.
  
Known as the city of Amsterdam museum (approximately 50 museum) of which Anne Frank Museum, Rijks Museum, Van Gogh Museum, Stedelijk Museum, Tropen Museum, Madame Tussauds, Zoologisch Museum, Maritime Museum, Museum Diamond, there was even Erotic Museum and the Museum of Sex .

Historical tourism in Amsterdam can be enjoyed even by looking at ancient buildings dating from the year 1850 such as churches, monuments, palaces, warehouses than thousands and all well preserved by the Dutch government.

Amsterdam also has an area known as the China Town where Fo Guang Buddhist pagoda stands Shan and surrounding many Chinese restaurant still featuring a special flavor still China with forms such as in Indonesia, the restaurant also owned shops are Chinese nationals who have settled in Netherlands. The first week of July 2011 celebrated 100 years of arrival of Chinese citizens to the Netherlands with carnival Snake Dragon or Lion Dance attractive in Central Amsterdam.

To complement the summer tours in Amsterdam suggest that you also visit the area which is not far or about 10 minutes from Amsterdam Zaandam namely that also still includes North Holland Province. The area is known for its abundance of windmills (Windmills), known as thousand of Windmills and very interesting to see when the weather is hot compared to other seasons because the air around the beach will always be cool.
